PLEASE NOTE:  No verbatim minutes will be taken at this workshop.  The information discussed  will be summarized to the Board at its telephonic meeting on Thursday, August 8, and that information will be placed into the written minutes of that meeting and will be available in the audio recording of the telephonic Board meeting.

5:30 p.m.		 This workshop will NOT be available by telephone or video.  Further, no verbatim minutes will be taken.  The information discussed at the workshop will be summarized to the Board at its telephonic meeting on Thursday, August 8, and placed into the minutes of that meeting both in writing and via the recording of the meeting.
